What do you think of hotline numbers of various public authorities? Do they have the necessary capacity taking inquiries from callers and responding to the public?

GuestI`m much concerned of quality of work done by the staff members within various state structures, dealing with complaints/requests received via hotlines. To what extent they are trained and knowledgeable on the topics hotlines are established to address? As far as I know TI Az staff assisted the Ministry of Education in terms of setting up and running hotlines. Does it work smoothly even after that? Do they review your complaints?

I would say that Ministry of Education is one of few institutions to have replied in due time and to the point. Recently, working on a project we sent requests to hotlines of several structures in order to clarify some aspects. Unfortunattely, we did not receive replies from all structures, and it again underlines the need of hotline trainings for some institutions.
